We are a Pet Friendly Community!

- Limit of 2 pets per apartment home
- Pet Fee: $500 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (First Pet). $300 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (Second Pet).
- No Pet Weight Limit

$25 Monthly Pet Rent/Per Pet. Breed restrictions apply.

All household pets & assistance animals must go through our third party pet screening service, www.petscreening.com. This cost is $20 for the first animal and $15 for the second animal.

Woodruff Property Management company follows all ADA Reasonable Accommodation Policies and Fair Housing Laws. Some exceptions to restrictions apply based on individual's needs. Proper documentation required.
