|Recommended: Yes8 10 recommend — I love it here. Ramsey and maintenance are very good at their job. I've ran into a few issues that we are currently trying to get resolved, but other than that I would love to continue to live here and long as possible.

|Recommended: YesI lived in the Meadows Apartments for four years. I moved not because I was not happy here, but for other reasons. After living in another area, I decided to move back to The Meadows. I have to say that this is My Happy Place. This is an incredible quiet neighborhood and a beautiful place. The actual manager, Ms. Ramsey, is very approachable, supportive and extremely helpful. She listens to your concerns and will solve them in a very timely manner. Even though I was so happy to come back, I found a few issues in my apartment that needed to be solved. After submitting the maintenance requests, Mr. Chris responsible for maintenance fixed them in a truly brief time. He kept communicating with me, following up after each work was completed. A few maintenance requests took longer because a contractor was hired to complete the work and or the repairs. The Woodruff Property and The Meadows staff have proved that they are a wonderful team, Ms. Jennifer Woolbright, Ms. Ramsey, and Mr. Chris.

|Recommended: YesI love my home — I just love my apartment and how they stay on top things over here. I have literally lived over here for almost 2 years and I have had no problems at all. Maintenance comes if it’s necessary. And I have never had any pest issues. It’s definitely recommended and I live in a one bedroom apartment with no problems My neighbors are truly amazing as well. I have been turned down, and so many other places but definitely not here and I trusted the managers word that they would work with me and they definitely did which allowed me to stay committed as a good renter. It’s definitely recommend it to those who are trying to build good rapport with Apartment renting it has made my credit score go up as well I would be sad when I have to go but for now I am happy where I’m at.

|Recommended: YesLived here for 5 years and overall, this is a nice place to live. My only complaint is that the apartments need to be updated. Otherwise, everything is fine. I have great neighbors and never have any issues.

|Recommended: YesMy move in process went very smooth. I needed certain things fixed and carpet replaced and it was done within 5 hours on the same day I requested. I'm looking forward to living here this year and possibly beyond.
